Martin & Natia write:
"The winners for the Best Costume for the Halloween Milonga
are: Alba & Santiago, Susana & Tomas, Tom & Mance, Irmana
& Matt. Thank you all for the Hauting Milonga - it was
lots of fun. And thanks to the Baton Rouge dancers."
And on a sad note, we will certainly miss the grass roots
organizing efforts of the EmbracingTango folks:
"EmbracingTango (formerly Argentango) invite you to our
LAST milonga this Saturday. Snacks, wine and soft drinks
are provided. Plus pleasant surprises! We'd like to
thank everyone who has been coming to enjoy dancing with
us during the last 18 months. We had great time and lots
of fun together. Let's celebrate our last milonga, enjoy
wonderful DJ work by Tomas and Mario, and make our tango
moments most memorable. See you all on the dance floor."
EmbracingTango hosts their last "Our Milonga" this
Saturday evening, Nov 4, from 8:30pm-12:30am at Dance
Art, inside the Sterling Plaza, 9888 Bellaire Blvd,
