[HouTango-L] A reminder about the UH Tango Class tonight

Dear Tango Friends,

As a reminder, the The Argentine Tango Club will have it's first UH
group tango class of the fall 2009 semester tonight at the Campus
Recreation and Wellness Center. Classes will be taught by Mauro
Gonzalez and they are designed for all experience levels. These are
the basic details and please let me know if you need more details:

University of Houston (UH), Campus Recreation and Wellness Center,
Main Campus (CRWC)
Tuesdays, August 25th- early December
7-8pm, please arrive early as no one is admitted after 7:05pm. 
**For new students, you will need to sign the waiver so please
allow extra time your first visit to the CRWC** If you have any
questions, please email before the class!!

Cost: This class is free for members of the Campus Recreation
and Wellness Center. Currently enrolled students are members as
well as those who have bought a membership. Please check with
the CRWC membership desk if you have questions: 713/743-PLAY or

Group Exercise Classes Policies

Please help us reduce your risk of injury and create an enjoyable
exercise experience for all participants by following these
guidelines:

- 5 minute rule: Participants may enter a class up to five
minutes after the scheduled start. Entrance is prohibited after
five minutes have passed to ensure that all participants arrive
early enough to become sufficiently warmed up for the vigorous
parts of each class.

- Class sizes are limited and on a first-come, first-served
basis. A pass is required.

- A pass is received at the welcome desk, and sign-in is required.

- Some classes have a large attendance, please arrive at least 15
minutes prior to class to ensure entrance into class. Passes WILL
NOT BE DISTRIBUTED after the 5 minute timeframe has elapsed. If
you are in line at 5 after, you will not receive a pass. PLEASE
arrive early.

- Please be prepared to give your pass to your instructor at the
BEGINNING of class when entering these classes.

- If you need to leave class early, please inform the instructor. 

- Please inform the instructor if you have any special
considerations (e.g., pregnancy, injury, illness, recent surgery)
which may influence your ability to take a class.

- Proper athletic footwear should be worn in fitness classes.
