November Emporio Milonga this Saturday, 9pm-12am

The milonga at Emporio Brazilian Cafe
<http://www.brazilian-cafe.com/> for November will be held
on this Saturday evening. As always the time is from
9PM until 12AM. Our DJ for November is Arturo Rappi.
His music is always wonderful. Arturo and Ester host
a 3rd-of -the-month milonga at the River Oaks Pilates
        Studio on Saturday, November 17.

For the milonga at Emporio, please bring a wrap or sweater
if you are prone to being cold. The temperature gets
cooler for dancing, starting at 9PM. If you are having
dinner at Emporio, please feel free to substitute side
dishes on your dinner selection. I regularly substitute
grilled vegetables for french fries or rice. If you
need less salt on your food, ask for _no salt_. If you
have never tried the "house specialty" dessert, Papaya
Creme with Casís, you will be surprised. This is a huge
shareable goblet of creamy melted papaya ice cream with
Casís around the goblet edge. Teresa and I shared one
        today at lunch.

Due to a large party at Emporio this next month (December)
we will _not_ host our regular Saturday milonga. We will
resume the milonga again in January.

Teresa and I wish you all a healthy and safe Holiday
season. We hope to see you again in January.

        Emporio Brazilian Café, 12288 Westheimer
        Reservations are accepted and encouraged
        (281) 293-7442

$10, free if you order dinner or drinks.
