The Tango Houston annual meeting of members was held
last night, and it had twenty-nine members in attendance.
From a strong slate of eight candidates, four new directors
were elected. In addition, Tango Houston announced a
big tango event on Saturday, July 16. More details as
they are released from Tango Houston.
ArgenTango hosts another "Our Milonga" this Saturday
evening from 8:30pm-12:30am at Dance Art, inside the
Sterling Plaza, 9888 Bellaire Blvd, Suite 166, near
Beltway 8, $10/person at the door. Come to join our
milonga for an evening of fun. Snacks and soft drinks
are provided. Please feel free to bring additional
snacks/drinks and the spirit of sharing. Most importantly,
Your Tango Shoes. Warm up your feet and have a great time.

Daniela's practica is back for the first three Sundays
this month.
Next weekend, Robert & Valerie Schoenberg will host a
milonga at Dance for Life studio on June 11. Complete

Glover Gill of Glovertango plays delicious solo tango
piano, at The Big Top (new location for a few months),

Tuesday
The Baquero Gallery in Rice Village is a brand new
Tuesday night tango venue. David Baquero, artist and
Maestro, opens his gallery to tango dancing from 8-11pm
every Tuesday. The gallery has hardwood floors and is
a beautiful space in which to dance. Baquero Gallery is
at 5502 Chaucer St and Rice Blvd.

Crossroads Coffee hosts Tango at the Crossroads, 8pm.
