Houston Winter Tango Intensive with Tomas Howlin

hosted in partnership with Sabra Yarbrough

A unique event designed for the Houston Tango
        community of dancers...

Tomas Howlin was born in Buenos Aires and brought up
under the Masters of Argentine tango. He has been
dancing, performing, and instructing for nearly 20
years. He has taught and performed in many of the most
prestigious schools and theaters in Buenos Aires as
well as internationally. Tomas is known for the profound
growth and development he offers to his students. His
gentle humor is always a favorite.

This winter, the most sought after tango instructor
in North America will present an exclusive two-part
tango workshop especially developed for the Houston
community. Instead of the usual glimpse of knowledge a

expansion, video DVD, and follow up practice to ensure your
progress and the full benefit of what is being offered.

You might want to inform your tango e-mail list that there
are some nice impressionistic paintings of tango dancers at
the Dean Day gallery on Colquitt, near Kirby and Richmond.
They’re in the back of the gallery, and they were painted
by a woman (not from Houston) who dances tango.

        Thanks,
        Philip Easterling
