Always Tango (Siempre Tango) host another of their great
evenings of Tango, Salsa, and Art tango/salsa/art events
this Saturday at Melody Lane, 3027 Crossview, 10pm-2am.
Offering the best dance music on two separate dance floors
One dance floor will be playing your all-time favorite
tangos and milongas. The other dance floor will play
the best salsa, merengue, cumbia and bachata music Two
dance floors for the price of one admission, $12/person.
Come join Always Salsa for the salsa workshop, by Jorge
Giron, Beginners 8pm-9pm, Advanced 9pm-10pm, $5/person.
Special package - Workshop plus dancing Salsa $12.00.
After the workshop, please join us for a night of dancing,
music and art from 10pm-2am. Photo exhibition by artist

Toe to Toe host another Mujeres (y Hombres) al Borde�
Practica - (Women and men on the edge/verge�) this
Friday, 7-9:30 pm. It's Friday and you feel like the
week has taken everything out, you're done, you're on
the verge of a nervous breakdown . . . we at Toe to
Toe don't want that. Nobody wants that. So come join
us and do some dancing, have a cup a' joe, work on a
few steps, read a book . . . unwind. The "al Borde"
practica at Borders Book Store on West Alabama,
7 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. (Regular event on the fourth

Martin Vittone reports there is a brand new Tuesday
night tango venue, the Baquero Gallery in Rice Village.
David Baquero, artist and Maestro, opens his gallery
to us from 8-11pm every Tuesday. The gallery has
hardwood floors and is a beautiful space in which
to dance. Baquero Gallery is at 5502 Chaucer St and
Rice Blvd. Let's inaugurate this new tango venue!

Mark your calendars - The Spring 2005 ALL HOUSTON MILONGA
(AHM) will be held Saturday April 9th from 8:30pm to 1:30am
at the Moon Water Grill at Waterford Marina (in Clear
Lake). Based on an original concept by Robert Schoenberg,
the next AHM will be held in a unique lakeside resort
restaurant. The evening will feature social dancing in
the beautiful Grand Dining Room, the best Argentine Tango
music, and a short Tango dancing demonstration. The Grand
Dining Room features a unique view of Clear Lake and of the
Waterford Marina, a fireplace, and a large wooden floor (of
course!). A menu will be available for guests wishing to
dine before or during the milonga. The grill also features
a full-service bar. The menu and other information about

$9 if you purchase your ticket(s) before March 20th (so
we can get an approximate head count before the event),

Toe to Toe announce their next workshop will be taught
by Ney Melo of New York/Buenos Aires, over the weekend of

The Baquero Gallery in Rice Village is a brand new
Tuesday night tango venue. David Baquero, artist and
