It's a busy weekend, kicking off with a ladies' workshop
and evening tango performance by Pampa & Valeria Cortez.
Then there are two Saturday milongas to choose from (or
attend both!) First is the grand opening of the newly
enlarged Cafe Tango Bar & Studio, after the downtown
performance. In addition, Always Tango is hosting their
monthly Art & Tango event at Melody Club, with a tango
singer and artist in residence drawing the dancers.
Even TeaHouse tango is trying a twist on their regular
        Friday event.

Martin & Natia write: Tickets are available to purchase for
the one night only 4-21-07 Argentine Tango & Folk Show -
"Destino de Tango" choreographed and performed by Pampa
and Valeria Cortez, with guest pianist Rene Casarsa.
You may purhcase the tickets by mail, at the studio or
at the door - $20.00 with free milonga following the
show at Cafe Tango Studio. For details please check the
        link <http://www.tango-houston.com/tangoshow.pdf>. Please
mail the checks or money orders to: Martin Pelaez, 9802
Sageroyal Ln, houston, tx 77089. We will be hosting
our weekly milonga regardless the chaotic schedule
for the month of April. Classes are cancelled for
this Thursday and Friday due to scheduling conflicts
with Martin supporting Pampa & Valeria. [Full post
on the Houston Pampa and Valeria schedule to follow.]

"Destino de Tango," performed by Pampa & Valeria Cortes.

best social atmosphere, and enjoy dancing with us in
the largest tango venue of Houston. Free champagne

for the Argentine Tango & Folk Show. If so, you must
